Teresina M. Francis

Teresina Maria (Buerck) Francis passed away on Aug 4, 2023. She was born to Glennon Sr. and Nelda (Buchheit) Buerck on September 19, 1979 in Perryville. She remained in Perryville throughout high school and then continued her education graduating with her Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2002. She was married to Jim Francis on October 4, 2003. They were blessed with two sons Lucas and Levi.
Teresina, known to family and friends as Tere, loved the simple things in life like family time, the sunshine, pajamas, laughter, Texas football games, butterflies and the beach. Above all she loved her boys- all three of them. Tere’s pride and joy was watching Lucas and Levi pursue their interests. Tere had an infectious laugh and a smile that will forever be missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Glennon Sr. She is survived by her husband Jim, Sons Lucas and Levi, her mother Nelda, three brothers Scott (Elizabeth), Glennon Jr. (Tammy), William (Donna), and sister Tina (Scott) Matty. Our dear aunt, niece, cousin and friend.
A memorial service was held in New Braunfels, Texas. A local service will be scheduled at a later date.
