If we can stand the increasing stench and scavengers, a careful forensic examination of that venerable old pachyderm of a party reveals decades old scars and more recent wounds along its predator ravaged and already stinking carcass. Let’s put on our gloves and look closely. What do we see?:
Lines of multiple needle tracks from increasingly pathetic appeals/addictions to racist tropes, big money, and more recently fear mongering and lies spreading populism.
An abject failure to debunk an abjectly narcissistic and bombastic ohc* of a candidate for national office.
An abject failure to debunk and abhor that same ohc* candidate who’d defrauded thousands and filed multiple bankruptcies over three plus decades.
An abject failure to convict that same twice impeached, self-centered ohc*.
An abject failure to debunk and abhor that same ohc*, now civilly convicted of rape of another human being.
An abject failure to debunk and abhor that same ohc* who conspired to and actually embraced insurrection against our 247-year-old Republic and was in large measure responsible for the loss of a number of lives of those who courageously defended it on Jan. 6th.
