Shirleen M. Mueller, 82, of Perryville died Monday, Nov. 22, 2021 at Independence Care Center.
She was born July 29, 1939 in New Wells to Anton H. and Edna C. (Koenig) Petzoldt.
She and Earl P. Mueller were married at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville on June 6, 1959. Earl survives in Perryville.
She was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, She was also a member of Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid and American Legion Post 133 Auxiliary. Shirleen loved to cook and work in her flower garden. She was retired from Perry County District #32 as a high school cafeteria personnel.
She is survived by four children, David (Deanna) Mueller of Perryville, Denise Mueller of Fort Worth, Texas, Deborah (Todd) Buerck of Perryville, Darren (Anna) Mueller of Perryville; one brother Herbert (Dorsey) Petzoldt of New Wells, one sister Ardene Koenig of Arnold; One brother-in-law Harry (Jean) Mueller; five sisters-in-law, Delores Petzoldt, Jean Petzoldt, Doris Favier, Helen Stover, Nancy Petrulis; Six grandchildren, Christopher (Alison) Porter, Megan (David) Berkbigler, Ryan (Kindle) Mueller, Brooke Buerck, Austin Buerck, Carlie Mueller; seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel Mueller; five brothers and two sisters
