Dear Editor,
My friends and I attended the hospital board meeting last evening. We were appalled at the lack of leadership some of the board members displayed at the end of the meeting. I as a young nurse at PCMH was mentored by the late Eleanor Degenhardt. One thing that she taught me was to NEVER criticize a co-worker in public. After last night, I want to remind everyone, but especially to certain board members, to keep that in mind. If you are trying to unify the people of the county on decisions you make, you failed miserably!
