Dianne M. Bohnert

Dianne Marie Bohnert, 81, of Perryville, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Independence Care Center, Perryville.
She was born August 25, 1942 in Menfro, MO to Ferd “Butch” and Annie C. (Bert) Dobbelare.
She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Sereno, MO.
Dianne loved providing childcare in her home over 30 years. She also enjoyed camping with her family and friends.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy A. Bohnert of Perryvlle, MO, Sandy S. Geisel of Perryville; two sons, Daniel J. (Peggy) Bohnert of Ste. Genevieve, MO, James M. (Teresa) Bohnert of Perryville; two brothers, Floyd Dobbelare, Sr. of Perryville, Don (Donna) Dobbelare of East Moline, IL; sister, Pam Schmidt (Friend Bob) of Perryville; seven grandchildren, Joey Hacker, Amber Buerck, Ashley Roy, Breanne Bohnert, Emily Bohnert, Cody Bohnert, Taylor Arnold; eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law Sonja Dobbelare, and close friend, Melvin Berkbuegler.

Visitation was Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville and will continue from 8-9:20 am on Thursday, April 4, 2024 with the rosary being recited at 8:30 am.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno, MO with Rev. Joe Geders C.M. officiating.
Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Nativity of The Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery, Belgique or Masses.
