Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Betty Ann Huber, 88, of Perryville, Missouri passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, June 12, 2023, at Independence Care Center in Perryville, MO.
She was born October 26, 1934, in Ste. Genevieve, MO to Fred and Hilda (Roth) Rottler.
Betty and Melvin J. Huber were married June 27, 1959, at Church of Ste. Genevieve in Ste. Genevieve, MO. He preceded her in death on February 7, 2009.
Betty was a dedicated homemaker. After raising her children, she worked for over 16 years as a sales clerk at Hoeckele’s Bakery & Deli.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Ladies Sodality, Ladies of Charity, Miraculous Medal Association, volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store and Food Pantry, and Adorer of the Blessed Sacrament at St. Vincent de Paul Adoration Chapel. Betty was a past member of Tuesday morning Ladies Bowling League.
Betty enjoyed gardening, and cooking for her family. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include nine children, Dennis (Joan) Huber of Overland Park, KS, Sharon (Randall) Balsman of Jackson, MO, Jeffery (Yvette) Huber of Clarksville, TN, Robert (Lisa) Huber of Perryville, MO, Timothy (Jackie Miller) Huber of Washington, MO, Mary (Neal) Gremaud of Perryville, MO, Laurie Beasley of Paducah, KY, Jim (Angela) Huber of Perryville, MO, Christopher (Corran) Huber of Overland Park, KS; sister-in-law, Helen Rottler of Ste. Genevieve, MO; 30 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melvin J. Huber; two brothers, Harvey Francis Rottler, Glennon Rottler; sister, Dorothy Mae Rottler; sister-in-law & her husband, Barbara Ann & Francis Ray Duvall; brother-in-Law, Donald Huber.
