County Commissioners voted to put a referendum question for Proposition C.O.P.S. on the April 6 ballot. The initiative, if approved, which would fund a new joint justice center for county and the city of Perryville. The recently formed Proposition C.O.P.S. Committee is seeking to inform voters ahead of the April vote.
