Clinton and Kelsey (Kutz) Rice of Perryville announce the birth of their daughter Nora Jean Rice. She was born at 10:58 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She weighed 9 pounds and was 20 inches long.
Nora is welcomed home by Lucy, 5, Maggie, 3, and Will, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Bill and Kathy Kutz of Perryville.
Paternal grandparents are Scott and Bridget Rice of Cobden, Ill., and Sondra and Rusty Lappe of Perryville.
