If you did not receive your mailing, please call the office.
Moonlight Madness will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, around the Square. If your business would like to participate, please check your e-mail or the Chamber Facebook page next week. Trick or Treaters-mark your calendar for a fun evening.
Leadership Perryville for September, Education Day, gave us an inside look at our local schools. Melissa Hoehn organized our tours and we enjoyed seeing what each of our schools offers the children they serve. Thank you to Perry County District No. 32, Immanuel Lutheran, St. Vincent and Mineral Area College-Perryville for welcoming Leadership Perryville for tours.
September Coffee and Connections offered a lot of information presented by our local schools. We had presentations from Perry County District No. 32, Saxony Lutheran High School, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Schools and Immanuel Lutheran School. They spoke on what their schools have to offer and each of them would be happy to answer any questions parents may have.

The fifth Xquisite Women’s Leadership Conference was held last week. We started out Thursday evening with a Sip-N-Shop with Hsquared Monograms & More, Farmasi and Touchstone Crystal. We continued the evening with a Murder Mystery by Jest Mysteries. In addition, there was lots of fun, good food by Mary Jane Burgers & Brew and our bar provided by Knights of Columbus, with Margie Kinnison serving. Our Friday speakers included Melanie Mitro & Katy Ursta-Establishing a Healthy Relationship with your Business, Kelly D’Angelo-Be Your Own Hero, Taylor Kirn-How to Handle Conflict; Brenda Hoehn-Quantum Vision, Vision board Workshop. C&M Kitchens served breakfast and lunch. We had sponsor give-a-ways, half price registrations for 2022 and awesome swag bags. We had 110 attendees. Check out the Xquisite Women’s Leadership Conference Facebook page for pictures.
New business in town? You, and all existing businesses, are invited to become chamber members. We would be happy to host a ribbon cutting for you, just call the office for details. The board of directors and myself welcome the opportunity to have all local businesses as Chamber members. The Perryville Chamber of Commerce began in 1923 with a dedicated Board of Directors and soon we will be celebrating our 100-year anniversary.
Stop by the office at 2 W. Ste. Marie St., on the square, and I would be happy to answer any questions.
