Tristan Thomas Lawrence Leigh Holtmann, 16, of Perryville, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at his home.
He was born September 15, 2006, in Cape Girardeau son of Mitchell Holtmann and Amanda Jo Hahn.
Loving survivors include mother, Amanda Jo Hahn; father, Mitchell Holtmann; maternal grandparents Ron and Laura “Meems” Shultz of Perryville; two sisters, Blaise Hahn and Kora Holtmann and a brother, Noah Desmond.
He was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents John and Freida Seabaugh.
In honor of Tristan, a memorial balloon release will be held at Perryville Park Center Soccer Fields Pavilion #20 on June 24, 2023 at 7 p.m. Arrangements by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
Family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the family to assist with expenses.
