The St Vincent 7-8 grade football team played their fourth game of the season against Potosi on Sept. 26, ending with a 24-6 win. Their first game against Chester ended with a score of 41-0; their second game against Doniphan ended with a score of 58 – 0; and their third game against Baller County School District in La Center, Ky. ended with a score of 43 – 0.

Potosi only had a seventh-grade football team, so St. Vincent only fielded its 7th grade students for the win.

Within the first few minutes, Potosi opened the game with a touchdown, but the Perryville team did not allow that to damper their efforts and went on to defeat Potosi 24-6.

The St. Vincent team is comprised of only 7th and 8th grade students. It has accumulated 166 points with only 6 points scored against them in their first four games.
