Shirley A. Pingel

Shirley Ann Pingel, 78, of Perryville, passed away Monday, August 28, 2023 at The Villas of Jackson in Jackson, MO.
She was born January 6, 1945 in Perryville, MO to Henry J. and Viola B. (Hudson) Coffelt.
Shirley and Robert G. Pingel were married on Novemeber 30, 1963 in Perryville.
She was a retired Pharmacy Technician.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Shirley was an avid reader, reading 4-5 novels a month. She enjoyed seeing her daughters lovable Goldendoodle Pemberly. Above all Shirley loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include daughter, Dana (Gerorge) Dickerson of Jackson, MO; sister, Alma Lee Probst of St. Peters, MO; two grandchildren, Trent Dickerson of St. Louis, MO, Taylor (Austin) Koenig of St. Peters, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Robert Coffelt, William J. Coffelt; sister, Clara Kohlfeld.
Visitation will be from 8-10 am on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 10 am Friday, September 1, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville with the Rev. Joseph Schlie officiating.
Burial will be at Home Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Care to Learn in Cape Girardeau.
