Brent and Haley Kell of South City in St. Louis, MO are overjoyed to announce the birth of their second daughter, Mattie Marie Kell.
She was born at 3:58 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She was welcomed by her big sister Lela (2) and her maternal grandparents, Ken and Judy Gibbar, and her paternal grandparents, William and Kimberly Kell.
