John “Dave” Thomure

John “Dave” Thomure, 72, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Saint Francis Medical Center.
He was born June 8, 1951 in Perryville, MO to Herschel and Mary Bertha (Tucker) Thomure.
Dave and Brenda Tarrillion were married April 27, 1974 at St. Vincent de Paul in Perryville, MO.
He was electrician for Mississippi Lime Co.
He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the Perryville Sportsman’s Club.
Dave enjoyed hunting and fishing, watching NASCAR and the Kansas City Chiefs. He also loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include three daughters, Tina Thomure of Ballwin, MO, Cindy (William) Pingel of Troy, MO, Melissa (John) Austin of Sikeston, MO; three grandchildren, Daniel (Mika) Austin, Nicholas (Christina) Austin, Chandler Pingel; three great-grandchildren, Carson Austin, Miller Austin, and Oakley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Harold Thomure, Leroy Thomure.
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm on Sunday, August 27, 2023 and will continue from 8-10 am Monday, August 28, 2023 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 10 am Monday, August 28, 2023 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Deacon Direk Hunt officiating.
Burial will be at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery in Silver Lake.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society or American Lung Association.
