Curtis Arthur Hadler, 82, of Perryville passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 at The Arbors at Bluff Creek Terrace.
He was born January 6, 1941 in Farrar to Arthur and Wilma (Versemann) Hadler.
Curtis and Charlotte L. Weber were married September 4, 1965 in Perryville and she preceded him in death on October 24, 2015.
Curtis served in the United States Army, stationed in Germany.
Curtis was farmer and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, and Immanuel Lutheran Men’s Choir.
He enjoyed traveling with his wife Charlotte. They particulary admired the forests and mountains of the Western States. He also enjoyed growing and maintaining his garden, especially his flower beds.
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa (Refaat) Mefrakis of Columbia, Laura (Christopher) Goodson of Perryville; eight grandchildren, Adam (Tahura) Mefrakis, Zachariah Mefrakis, Noah Mefrakis, Gabriel (Katie) Mefrakis, Abraham Mefrakis, Alexis Goodson, Elliott Goodson, Levi Goodson; three sisters, Joyce (Robert) Hemmann of St. Louis, Donna (James) Stabile of St. Louis, Goldie (Ronald) Bock, Naperville, IL; sister-in-law Evelyn Hadler of Campbell Hill, IL.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Wallace Hadler.
Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Visitation will continue from 8-10:30 am on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville with the Rev. Joseph Schlie officiating.
Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Saxony Lutheran High School or Immanuel Lutheran School.
