Yvonne Romann, 88, of Perryville, peacefully passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at Independence Care Center, Perryville.
She was born January 26, 1935 in Perryville to Herman “Mac” and Ora E.(Buff) Manche.
Yvonne and Henry “Sonny” Romann were married August 22, 1953 at Our Lady Of The Rosary Catholic Church Claryville, MO.
Yvonne’s passion were her dogs. She was an avid dog trainer and enjoyed showing them at dog shows. She enjoyed quilting and quilted hundreds of quilts. Yvonne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church St. Mary, MO and Memory Makers Quilt Club.
Survivors include one son, Craig (Vickie) Romann of Perryville; daughter, Lynne (Gary) Brewer of Perryville; son-in-law, Harlan Helmers of Perryville; six grandsons, Joe (Annie) Wibbenmeyer, Andy Wibbenmeyer, Matt (Laura) Helmers, Shawn (Mandy) Romann, Nick (Lanae) Romann, Kyle (Friend Citlali Miranda) Brewer; seven great grandchildren.
