The St. Vincent High School Elks Student of the Month Award goes to Isaac Kirn for the month of April. Kirn is the son of Jason and Katie Kirn of Perryville.
Isaac leads by example as Student Council President, Vice President of St. Vincent DePaul Society, and member of our Golf and Bowling teams. He has accumulated many service hours by helping with church and community events, such as Seminary Picnic, Vacation Bible School, and Vincentian Marian Youth’s Operation Overhaul and Luke18. This year, Kirn received one of the VMY Mary’s Mantle Awards by consistently displaying five Vincentian virtues.
His teachers state, “Isaac is a natural leader and has worked very hard this year to get student concerns heard and solved. He is friendly, conscientious, and always tries his best. Isaac is a great example for our younger students to look up to and strive to emulate.”
Kirn plans to attend Southeast Missouri State University for Business Management.
