Verda L. Sutterer, 96, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Perryville, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025, at Mercy Southeast Hospital.
She was born September 22, 1929, in Perry County, to William E.and Lacie (Truitt) Sandlin.
Visitation took place from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Her funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 10, 2025, at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville, with Rev. Dennis Cebulak officiating.
Burial was in Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery in Crosstown.
