St. Vincent students showcased their talent and dedication at the state level during Show-Me SCIENCE, Missouri’s premier science, invention and engineering competition for students in grades 6-12. The event was held April 15-16 at St. Charles Community College and brought together top young scientists and innovators from across the state.
Highlighting the competition, St. Vincent Junior High students Reece LaRose, Maddox Stephenson and Tyler Jokisch earned top honors by receiving the Lemelson Early Inventor Prize, an award that recognizes exceptional creativity, innovation and real-world problem solving.
Their accomplishment reflects the students’ hard work and commitment, as well as the strength of St. Vincent’s science department. The school also extended its appreciation to Mrs. Riney for her guidance and support throughout the process.
St. Vincent is proud of all students who participated and represented the school with excellence at this prestigious event.
