He was born at 5:10 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.
River was welcomed home by Moon, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Christine and Troy Price of Perryville.
Paternal grandparent is Jaime Welker of Perryville.
