Phyllis A. Michaud, 98, of Perryville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, at her residence.
She was born June 17, 1926, in Weldon, Iowa, to Fred Olan and Lural M. (Pittman) Carrington.
Phyllis and Harold Michaud were married on Aug. 22, 1942, in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 2015.
She was a homemaker. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.
She was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include three children: Linda (Robert) Troncale of Perryville, Thelma (Tom) Spence of Festus and Harold R. Michaud of Newhall, Calif.; five grandchildren: Laura A. (Michael) Fitzgerald, Robert-Joseph Troncale, Jeanine-Marie (Jim) Simpson, Harold Andre Michaud, and Justine (Kyle) Feldmann; 14 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold J. Michaud; parents; daughter and son-in-law, Lydia and Bill Hunt; son-in-law, Jack Alexander; and grandson, Matt Alexander.
Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Joe VanClooster officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
