A Perryville man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash that took place at 12:20 p.m. Saturday, May 31, along Holmes Road, north of Hidden Valley Lake Drive in Ste. Genevieve County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a northbound 2025 Polaris Ranger side-by-side, driven by a 56-year-old man from Perryville, traveled off the left side of the roadway, and the front of the vehicle struck a tree.
The driver who was not wearing a seat belt during the wreck was transported by Air Evac to Mercy Hospital South, where he received treatment for his injuries.
The vehicle, which sustained minor damage, was driven away from the scene.
