McMillian earns PMI Construction Professional certification

PERRYVILLE – Robinson Construction Company has announced that Project Manager Andrea McMillian has successfully earned her PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) Certification, an accomplishment Senior Project Manager Chris Cissell said “highlights her dedication to excellence in the construction industry.”

The PMI-CP Certification is a credential the Project Management Institute offers, signifying advanced knowledge and expertise in construction project management. McMillian completed over three years of relevant work experience to achieve this certification and dedicated time to an intensive educational program. The program consisted of four in-depth course modules:

• Construction Project Communications
• Construction Interface Management

• Construction Scope and Change Order Management
• Construction Contract and Risk Management

Each module required approximately eight hours of learning, preparing McMillian to handle complex construction projects with enhanced communication, risk management, and change order processes.
