Mark Alan Pabst, 76 years old, of Perryville, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025.
He was born April 9, 1948, in Belleville, Ill., and grew up in Collinsville.
Mark is survived by wife, Loraine (Coffelt) Pabst of Perryville; Laurie (Robert) LaGrone of Perryville; James Tiller of Perryville and Garrett Bosanko of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Sandra Rosenberg of California, Marsha (Mark) McDowell of Phoenix, Ariz., and brother, Dean (Elena) Pabst of Normal, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Charlotte (Taff) Pabst.
Mark was an architect and craftsman. After retiring to Perryville, he loved setting up his woodworking shop, but Parkinson’s began to take its toll. Watching home remodeling and design shows and Cardinal baseball brought him much joy.
As a member of the Perryville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, he was comforted by John 5: 28-29.
A private service for immediate family will be held at a later date.
