Jeffrey “Scotty” Ferguson, 63, of Perryville, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, at his home.
He was born February 1, 1963, in Nashville, Tenn., to Francis and Nona (Shoemake) Ferguson.
Jeffrey and Lisa (Kiefer) McClure-Ferguson were married June 5, 2021, in the Smoky Mountains. She survives him in Perryville.
He worked as a construction worker for most of his working life. He loved spending time with family, especially his grandkids. He enjoyed the outdoors, caring for animals, and collecting knives, Zippos, and Jack Daniel’s memorabilia.
Jeffrey enjoyed joking around and making everyone feel good around him.
Survivors include six children, William (Stephanie) Ferguson, Neal (Jessica) McClure, Jesse McClure, Brandon (Amber) Blaylock, Trevor Johnson, and Travis Waters; one brother, James (Carrie) Ferguson; and five grandchildren, Addisyn, Madelynn, Ellison, Riley, and Kaari.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Barbara Clark; a son, Jacob Ferguson; and his first wife, Mary Kaye Ferguson.
Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Gibson Recovery Center or for family use.
