Last Tuesday we voted at St. Rose Lima Church Hall.
My wife has Alzheimer’s. She has bad days and good days. Tuesday was a bad day. I tried to get her in the hall to vote, we had a lot of trouble.
Two people came to help. We got her inside. We used a walker to get her around. We voted, they helped to move her around and get her outside. We had a lot of trouble, we had four people to help.
Someone came up with a ramp, we got her out, I got her in the truck. In front of us was a van, they were helping them.
I want to thank everyone working there. They were all so very helpful. They made voting so easy.
