Emmet Joseph Steffens was born into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau to Brandon and Megan Steffens.
Survivors include three brothers, Mason Steffens, Cole Steffens, and Theodore Steffens; two sisters, Lynnex Steffens and Phynix Steffens; maternal grandparents, Mark & Melissa Bachmann; paternal grandparents, Rodney & Shelly Steffens; paternal great-grandmother, Kathy Weber.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Willow Steffens; two maternal great-grandparents, Vernon & Mildred Bachmann and Charles & Lucille LaRose; and two paternal great-grandparents, Richard Steffens and Omar & Mabel Steffens.
Services will be private for family and close friends.
Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Altenburg.
