Donna Jean Tarrillion, 82, of Perryville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus, with her family by her side.
She was born October 26, 1942, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Roland and Alma (Meyer) Rehmer.
Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville.
Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2025, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, with Rev. Joseph Schlie officiating.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Highland.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church for the School Expansion Fund or a charity of choice.
