Betty J. Behrle, 95, of Perryville, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the Independence Care Center in Perryville.
She was born February 26, 1930, in St. Louis, the daughter of Oscar Aubuchon and Allie (Garland) Aubuchon.
Betty enjoyed playing cards, gardening, baking, embroidering, cooking meals for her family, and most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville.
Survivors include daughters Connie (Ray) Eastmoore of Cummings, Ga., JoAnn (Joseph) Hayden of Perryville, and son Michael J. (Jackie) Behrle of Perryville; grandchildren John (dear friend Leslie Roth) Hayden and Jennifer (Aaron) Weibrecht, both of Perryville, Christine (fiancé Alan Hilton) Byrd of Gallatin, Tenn., Christopher (Jennifer) Semones of Savannah, Ga., David (Ali) Semones and Mark (Marcella) Semones, both of Cummings, Ga.; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister Marlene Borgschulte of Perryville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde J. Behrle; her parents; and her sister, Virginia Loberg.
Visitation took place from 8 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, with Rev. Tony Dosen, C.M., officiating.
Burial will be held privately at a later date.
Family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Journey Hospice of Perryville, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or the Green Thumbs of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
