Sharon F. Cairns, 68, of Perryville passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born October 4, 1952 in Friedheim to Herbert J. and Lilly Rosa (Koch) Mangels.
She and Donald L. Cairns were married Sept.11, 1971 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Friedheim. He preceded her in death on May 30, 2010.
Retired after 43 years with Atlas Molded Products, Perryville.
Sharon was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Friedheim. Sharon loved working in her vegetable garden and enjoyed helping raise young calves.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter, Nathan (Chris) Cairns of Perryville, Nicole S. (Jeff) Thieret of Jackson and Neil Cairns of Cape Girardeau; special friend, Robert ‘Bob’ Amberger of Perryville; five brothers, Percy (Bonnie) Mangels of Jackson, Curtis (Judy) Mangels of Jackson, Ronald (Pris) Mangels of Oak Ridge, Verlin (Martha) Mangels of Oak Ridge and Wesley (Linda) Mangels of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Alice (Michael) O’Leary of Perryville; and 10 grandchildren.
