Ruby Augustus Harriet Wahl 73, of Chester died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022 at Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care in Illinois.
She was born Sept. 5, 1948 in Prarie du Rocher, Ill.
She was married to Oliver B. Wahl.
Ruby was very proud of her family and enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Jackson of Chester; two sons, Clifford (Melissa) Jackson of Elk City, Okla., Charles Jackson of Perryville; three brothers, George H. (Mary) Johnson Sr. of Biehle, Jack D. (Mary) Johnson of Woodward, Okla., Dennis C. Johnson of Perryville; sisters-in-law, Tammy Johnson and Shirley Kohms; father of children, Clifford A. Jackson; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; many nieces and many nephews; and many friends
She was preceded in death by her mother, Harriet Elizabeth Johnson; father, Gussie C. Johnson, Sr.; two brothers, Gussie C. Johnson Jr., Ronald L Kohms; third husband, Oliver Wahl; four grandchildren.
