The Bank of Missouri on Monday recognized Frank Robinson, CEO of Robinson Construction Company, for his 26 years of dedicated service on The Bank’s board of directors and the Reliable Community Bancshares, Inc. board, which is the holding company for The Bank of Missouri. Both are headquartered in Perryville.
Robinson retires from both boards this week.
“We’ve been so fortunate to benefit from Frank’s leadership and guidance on our boards,” said Adrian Breen, President/Chief Executive Officer at TBOM and President of Reliable Community Bancshares, Inc. boards. “Frank is a pillar who has consistently served our community through sharing his knowledge, resources, and leadership skills to help foster growth.”
Robinson has a passion for construction, which he inherited from his father. He began working as a plumber in high school and has led Robinson Construction Company since 1973.
He has a two-pronged management approach shaped by his bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and U.S. Army Officers School: nurture and inspire employees to their maximum potential; plan meticulously with ample contingencies.
According to Breen, this approach was evident in his relationships while serving on the boards.
