The Perryville Police Department has released its latest report of incidents and arrests:
Incidents include:
Officers responded to the Perryville Police Department on August 5 in reference to a reported theft of prescription medication from a home on Old St. Mary’s Road.
Officers responded to 311 State St. on August 7 in reference to a reported leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
Officers responded to the Perryville Police Department on August 9 in reference to a reported forged check at 801 N. Kingshighway.
Officers responded to 430 N. West St. on August 10 in reference to a reported financial exploitation of an elderly/vulnerable person and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
Officers responded to 800 City Park Dr. on August 12 in reference to a bicycle found near the Park Center.
Officers responded to 2020 Lake Dr. on August 13 in reference to a counterfeit hundred-dollar bill used to purchase goods.
Officers responded to 1750 S. Perryville Blvd. on August 20 in reference to counterfeit money used to purchase goods.
Officers responded to 104 S. Perryville Blvd. on August 22 in reference to a forged check used to purchase goods.
Officers responded to 236 Grand Ave. on August 22 in reference to a report of property damage.
Officers responded to the Perryville Police Department on August 24 in reference to a reported stealing incident at 1302 Edgemont Boulevard.
Among those arrested were:
Jeffrey Douglas Mantels, 60, Perryville by officers on August 1 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 520 Old St. Mary’s Road.
Jackie George Kolze, 51, Perryville by officers on August 1 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 520 Old St. Mary’s Road.
Daniel Walter Lee Radford, 27, Ste. Genevieve by officers on August 1 on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked-first offense following a traffic stop on SB I-55.

Tayshaun Antwaun Price-Lane, 20, Sikeston by officers on August 2 on a charge of expired plates following a traffic stop on I-55.
Christina M. Derecskey, 32, Perryville by officers on August 4 on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended-2nd or 3rd offense, DWI-person less than 17 years old in vehicle, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia following a reported motor vehicle accident on Highway 51.
Joshua David Woodfin, 43, Washington, Mo. by officers on August 7 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on SB I-55.
Christina J. Evans, 45, Steeleville, Ill. by officers on August 9 on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior offense, and failure to signal following a traffic stop at 1314 N. Perryville Boulevard.
Nicholas Austin Mountjoy, 24, Perryville by officers on August 11 on charges of possession and sale of vehicles and equipment with altered identification numbers following a traffic stop on N. Main Street.
Amanda M. Krull, 24, Perryville by officers on August 13 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Edgemont Boulevard.
Landon M. Torres, 30, Perryville by officers on August 13 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Edgemont Boulevard.
Seth M. Fay, 31, Perryville by officers on August 15 on charges of driving while revoked/suspended, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility, failure to register motor vehicle, and failure to obey stop sign following a traffic stop on S. Walnut Street.
Allicea Jose Angel Ortiz, 32, Perryville by officers on August 15 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 11-35 grams following a traffic stop on Kiefner Street.
Derek Deangelio Goff, 40, homeless by officers on August 15 on a charge of trespassing at 2020 Lake Drive.
Janis Faye Greer, 24, Perryville by officers on August 16 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at 2020 Lake Drive.
Henry Bernard Blechle, 54, Perryville by officers on August 16 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at 2020 Lake Drive.
Kyle D. Cox, 36, Scott City by officers on August 17 on a City of Perryville warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Trista Burrow, 21, Perryville by officers on August 21 on a charge of driving while intoxicated and property damage following a report of an intoxicated driver in the 300 block of S. Spring Street.
Debra K. Cook, 57, Perryville by officers on August 26 on a charge of an animal running at large following a report of a dog bite at 1120 Moonier Street.
