A well-known Perryville establishment recently underwent a change.
Park-Et Restaurant is under new management as of August 8.
Nikki Schlosser, Jason Blechle, and Christina Brewster will co-manage the restaurant.
Schlosser, is niece of Brenda Hudson and Kevin Esselman owners of the restaurant for the past 31 years. They hoped to keep the business within the family

“My brother and I basically grew up in Park-Et and Christina has been a staple for numerous years as well. It wasn’t until recently that we all realized we had one main thing in common…to run Park-Et one day and keep it in the family,” Schlosser said.
The main focus under the new management will be customer service.
“We hope to amplify that,” she said. “The menu will not change much at all, if any. We plan on having a manager here at all times and keep things flowing the way they need to go.”
Daily lunch and evening specials will continue and the restaurant hours will not change. Park-et is open 7 days and 7 nights per week and will be serving breakfast until 2 pm.
Monday-Saturday hours are 6 a.m.-8 p.m., while Sunday it is open 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
