Joseph Helton and Carmina Ruebel of Marquand announce the birth of their son Nehemiah Joseph Ruebel. He was born at 1:41 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. Nehemiah was welcomed home by Jeremiah, 12.
Maternal grandparents are Kimberly Valenzuela and Ronald Ruebel of Perryville.
Maternal great-grandparent is Vivian Fadler of Marquand. Paternal grandparents are Anna Helton and Thomas Jones of Dexter.
