Missouri's National Veterans Memorial in Perryville is hosting an event for National Vietnam War Veterans Day Monday, March 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the memorial, which is located at 1172 Veterans Memorial Parkway (north of Highway AC).

This is a free event, but donations are welcome.

The public is invited to thank and honor Vietnam veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice.  All Vietnam veterans will be recognized and receive a small token of appreciation.

Remember the 58,276 men and women who never came home by reading their names on our Vietnam Wall. Feel free to bring an item of remembrance to lay at the Wall.

Refreshments will be served in the Welcome Center Event Room throughout the day. MNVM volunteers who are Vietnam veterans will be stationed throughout the buildings and grounds to answer questions and share their experiences.

Bus groups are more than welcome. There is a mask requirement inside the buildings.  For more information, please contact DeAnna Kluender at 573-547-2035 ext. 103 or deannakluender@mnvmfund.org or go to mnvmfund.org as well as the memorial's Facebook page.
