Marilyn Paula Seabaugh, age 79, of Bloomsdale, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus. She was born Oct. 14, 1942 in Rural Salem in Perry County, the daughter of the late Paula (nee Roth) and Alwin Miesner.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Harold E. Seabaugh and her brother Norman Miesner.
She is survived by her children Michael (Stephanie) Bohnert of Perryville and Debbie (Mark) Mertens of Imperial, Missouri; sister Elaine (Paul) Kaempfe of Farrar; grandchildren Ashley, Chelsey, Lauren, Nichole, Aimee, Jason and Shane; step grandchildren Zac, Brad, Rachel, Damien and Sierra; 6 great-grandchildren; special friend John Pashia of Pevely.
Visitation was Friday, September 23, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, Missouri.
Funeral service was Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 10:00 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Festus officiated by Pastor Kyle Castens. Interment will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City, Missouri. Memorials in Marilyn’s memory are preferred to the Arthritis Foundation.
