Letter to the Editor: SUCCESS ACHIEVED BY NATURAL DIVERSITY

Dear Editor,
Remember when Coca-Cola changed the recipe for the world’s greatest soda? And it failed miserably?
I recently heard a seemingly maybe self-proclaimed “prominent” local “Republican” official say that we should consider new diverse opinions from Democrats in our community and put them on local boards and see how it goes!
Wow!
Perryville has been recognized as a leading small community in the United States for years now thanks to our current Mayor our Ex Mayor and a few others in the position to influence, and this “Official” (I prefer public servant) thinks it wise to change what has brought success to our community since its inception?
Hardworking diverse big tent conservative minded Republicans have driven this community to success for years now and why would anyone water down the formula for catapulting our County to the top?

You DO NOT change what has worked with foolish ideas, you stay the course with consistent conservative ideals that fuel excellence in our small town.
Our Success as a community has been achieved through true natural diversity not a forced formula, and certainly not planned change bound for failure.
Stay Right or be Left Behind!
