County health reports fourth case of COVID-19

The Perry County Health Department - Missouri reported Thursday that they had been notified of a fourth confirmed case of COVID-19 in the county. The subject is a male in his 60s.
Investigation by public health nurses has determined that this fourth case is connected with the first two subjects.
Those infected also include a woman in her 50s, a man in his 30s and a woman in her 30s.
Health Department director Sylvia Forester told the Republic-Monitor on Thursday that her staff were waiting on results from several more tests, but were unable to an provide exact number.

"People are getting tested all over," Forester said. "They're not getting tested through us."
Statewide, the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services reported that, as of 2 p.m. Thursday, there were 502 confirmed cases with eight deaths.
