Clinton and Shae (James) Mattingly of Perryville announce the birth of their son Cooper Joseph Mattingly.
He was born at 4:05 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Cooper was welcomed home by Witten, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Jason and Anne James of Perryville.
Paternal grandparents are Pat and the late Dale Mattingly of Perryville.
