Betty J. Steffens

Betty J. Steffens, 81, of Frohna, passed away Monday, Nov. 2, 2020 at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.
She was born May 29, 1939, in Chicago, Ill. to Rudolph Gerler and Olida (Schuessler) Gerler.
She and Vernon E. Steffens were married June 1958. He survives in Frohna.
Betty was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church.
Survivors include husband, Vernon E. Steffens; One son, Stacey Steffens of Manhattan, Ill.; One daughter-in-law, Sharon Steffens; and three grandchildren, Tyler Steffens, Dylan Steffens and Cody Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one infant brother.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, and 6:30 am to time of service on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna.
Funeral Service will be at 10 am Friday, Nov. 6, 2020 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna with the Rev. Paul Hoemann officiating.
Burial will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Altenburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Concordia Lutheran Church.
