Annamarie Ernst

Annamarie Ernst, 89, of Perryville passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2022 at her residence.
She was born March 10, 1933 in Uniontown to Leo and Gertrude (Unterreiner) Balsman.
She and Bernie A. Ernst Sr. were married June 19, 1954 at Apple Creek.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul, a member of the Ladies Sodality, a retired Eucharist Minister, and a retired American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include three daughters, Debra Ernst of Imperial, Wanda (Craig) Modde of Festus, Gina (John) Weinkein of Perryville; four sons, Randy (Donna) Ernst of St. Louis, Derek (Helen) Ernst of St. Louis, Brad (Lisa) Ernst of Imperial, Bernie Ernst Jr. of Chester, Ill.; brother, Leo (Carol) Balsman Jr. of Apple Creek; sister, Jean Ann (Bob) Buerck of Perryville; ten grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville. Visitation will continue on Monday, September 26, 2022 from 8-9:30 am. The rosary will be recited at 8:45 am.
Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2022 at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic in with the Rev. Joe Geders, C.M. officiating.
Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Vincent Church, St. Vincent School, or a charity of your choice.
